StandardData Secures GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contract

We're excited to share a major milestone for StandardData: we’ve officially been awarded a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract!
This achievement allows StandardData to deliver its expertise in consolidating disparate data sources, automating processes, and governing data assets directly to federal government agencies. The result: immediate value through refined, governed data products that support mission-critical decisions.

StandardData GSA (1)

"Being added to the GSA Schedule marks a significant milestone for StandardData, enabling us to extend our vision of data as an asset to more federal partners," said Dillon Peterson, President & CEO of StandardData.

Contract Details

The GSA MAS contract, numbered 47QTCA25D00E0, qualifies StandardData as a pre-vetted vendor under the Information Technology category (NAICS 541519 – Other Computer Related Services).  StandardData also carries a SMB Small Business classification and qualifies for small business set asides.

Federal buyers can now access StandardData’s agile approach to turning siloed, illiquid data into cohesive datasets through:

  • Modern data pipelines
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Closed-loop AI enablement (when appropriate)

This comes at a pivotal moment as agencies seek to:

  • Minimize project scope
  • Deliver iterative proofs-of-concept
  • Achieve tangible, fast outcomes like cost savings, process enhancements, and operational efficiencies—even without full AI integration

What We Bring to the Table

At StandardData, our work is grounded in the belief that data is an organization’s most valuable asset. Under our GSA contract, we’ll continue delivering services that help agencies consolidate, control, and activate their data—faster and more securely.

"We partner with clients to consolidate raw sources into high-quality formats, automate workflows for near-real-time insights, and ensure trustworthy governance. This contract lets us meet government entities where they are, bridging gaps with cross-disciplinary expertise in data engineering, DevSecOps, AI/ML, and domain knowledge across transportation, government, healthcare, and education sectors."  Dillon Peterson, President & CEO

Consolidate Data

We modernize and automate pipelines to ingest, cleanse, and harmonize everything from spreadsheets to PDFs, SQL to JSON. Whether your data lives in legacy systems, IoT sensors, or the cloud—we bring it together with speed and accuracy.

Techniques include ETL, OCR for PDFs, and unstructured data ingestion—delivering immediate visibility and efficiency gains.

Control and Govern Assets

Implement security-by-design with:

  • Encryption
  • RBAC
  • DevSecOps
  • Data governance frameworks (catalogs, lineage tracking, access controls, quality dashboards)
  • Lifecycle management for tiered storage and automated retention

These features yield cost savings and compliance benefits (e.g., HIPAA, FedRAMP) through early anomaly detection and governance.

Automate and Scale

Design secure, scalable database applications supporting:

  • High-volume ingestion (100+ GB/day)
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Semantic search for unstructured data
  • Predictive maintenance
  • Anomaly detection
  • Analytics dashboards

This enables bulk processing of millions of files in hours, optimizing for cost-performance balance.

Proven Results

Past performance highlights include:

  • 90% storage savings and 10x visualization gains from telematics data modernization
  • Unified aviation datasets to enhance fleet readiness
  • ETL re-engineering for 99% faster historical record processing
  • Automated EMR governance, eliminating manual onboarding
  • Development of ChatJFK, a semantic search chatbot prototype for public data risk detection

Contract Timeline

  • Base period: Through August 13, 2030
  • Optional extensions: Through August 13, 2045

This long-term contract ensures continued access to secure, scalable solutions for federal agencies.

We’re ready to help agencies extract more value from their existing data—no massive overhaul needed, just thoughtful, agile execution.
