It’s not for you if…
- You already run a full in-house proposal team.
- The work involves CUI, classified, export-controlled, or health data.
- You want someone else to own and submit the proposal.

Questions
Talk to us. We’ll walk you through how it works and what it would cost for your team. If you’re considering putting together a bid desk, we put together a guide to what that costs.
For any opportunity, we check for alignment. We’ll surface the clear blockers first and provide secondary reasons which can contribute to your decision.
Partly. Automation, including AI, handles the reading, drafting, and its own checks. An experienced bid desk professional reviews every result, talks with your team, and owns their output.
We do not help you get onto GSA MAS. For current schedule holders, a person on our team checks eBuy every day and checks your matches. They do not check solicitations containing CUI. GSA’s rules call for a person, not a script, so this is for companies serious about this contract.
ResponseRail and its team will never submit a response on your behalf. As a measure to protect both parties, you confirm the response, pricing, provide credentials and signatures, and you submit the response yourself.
No. Our GSA eBuy matching deliberately avoids CUI opportunities while matching on the rest.
If your AI knows your requirements, ask if we're a fit.
